What can I say I have been living around the corner from Cetuem for the last 30 years. Always impressed the way they keep their building shining and looking good, a credit to the neighbourhood.
And about 2 weeks ago, for some reason, I decided to pop in, as always thought it was not open to the public.
When I popped in, very impressed with the CUSTOMER SERVICE, the father of the company was popping out, but when he spoke to me, he immedaitely summoned a member of staff, which was his wife Andrea.
I told Andrea i was interested in a bit of colour for my hair, but with this she suggested due to my hair, why not try " HCR GOLD MULTIVITAMIN CONDITIONER ", as with this it adds protein to the hair, which returns it to the natural colour. Wow this was amazing advice as not aware of this procedure.
I have now used it for 2 weeks, and must say it is like a, " Miracle", seriously. My hair is returning to its natural colour, which is brown and the grey is GONE. But also my dry scalp is gone and my hair feels better and natural. And I feel more positive and content with my hair.
The product is very reasonable priced and Andrea, husband and two sons that work in the company as well. Are so postivie, supportive, helpful, kind and reassuring.
As a resident living beside the premises/company, must say their products and the staff are simply Amazing.
The hair prouduct I would describre as a mini miracle and the staff, from parents to two sons are just amazing.
A breath of " Fresh air ", to find nice people so helpful, supportive, encouraging and kind. Where they Put the Customer first.
