GENERAL INFORMATION:

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email immediately. We will also advise you when the item will be back in stock (if applicable) or we will issue you a full refund for that product via your original method of payment method.

All products shown on here are only available for us to deliver to the United Kingdom addresses currently. The majority of products are available for us to deliver across the majority of the EU & US.

Free standard delivery (EVRi/DHL) for orders equivalent to £40.00 or more in UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland)

DAMAGED ITEMS OR LOST ITEMS IN TRANSIT:

We accept no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damage or loss was caused.

 

On all tracked items we will be happy to find out any information from the carrier service of any concerns or enquires you may have about your items.

We recommend tracking your purchase goods at all times.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

RETURNS:

You have 28 days from the date your goods arrive with you, to return, after that time frame returns will be invalid. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition of how it was received. You must have proof of purchase or a receipt.

REFUNDS:

Once we have received your goods, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item.

 

Once your return has been approved, we will initiate a full refund via Sage Page or Pay Pal (however you initially paid for the item). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days depending on your bank preferences.

 

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

 

If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any postage costs you may have encountered. We apologise in advance if this happens to your order.
